When Bruce Sworik founded Sutton Group - Select Realty Inc., he envisioned a company dedicated to satisfying each and every one of its clients. It is a vision that is embraced by his associates and staff who deliver SELECT service with the simplicity of effective action.

Bruce, a native Londoner, has been a vital member of the real estate community in London, Ontario for almost 30 years.   He is serving as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board. Bruce has special interests in real estate education and the promotion of real estate as a profession.

During this time, Bruce has worked diligently on numerous committees with the Board including:

In 1986, he earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and in 1991, completed the rigorous requirements for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Bruce is also a long-standing member of FIABCI, the International Federation of Realtors. Conferences and communications keep him abreast of global trends and changes in the real estate industry. Bruce is currently the ONLY person in the area with both the CCIM and the ALC designation. 

Amateur sports and community initiatives continue to be a significant area of interest for Bruce. He coaches and sponsors several local teams on a regular basis, and his company has consistently been involved with the Chamber of Commerce Corporate Challenge.
