| Congratulations to Tulin Sallabank, Jan Lesser, Edward Milani, Henry Verbakel and Allan Walden all of whom received their 15 Years of Service Award and Congratulations to Carol Anne Keith-Walker, Lynne Mallette, Yvonne Collyer, Chris Congdon and Julie Bowers (staff member) who all received their 10 Years of Service Award at our recent office meeting.

| Michele Montour Award |
On
July 9th, 2000, we lost a very dear colleague and friend. Michele Montour
touched so many lives in her short years!!
While she will never be
forgotten by those who knew her, we felt it was important to keep her memory alive
by establishing an award in her honour.
Each year we recognize a
realtor on the Sutton Select Team who has demonstrated through their business and
personal life, many of the qualities we loved and admired in
Michele.
Congratulations to Louise Bygden who is our annual
recipient of the Michele Montour Award. Louise's outstanding contribution to the
community, her positive, cheery attitude, and endless enthusiasm along with other
attributes earned her the award this year.

| Bruce, a native Londoner, has been a vital member of the real estate
community in London, Ontario for almost 30 years. He is serving as President of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board.
Bruce has special interests in real estate education and the promotion of real
estate as a profession.
During this time, Bruce has worked diligently on
